A Father-Father-Child-relationship exists when a leader first becomes a leader of leaders; when a "father's" "son" him/herself becomes a "father" by taking resposibility for the discipling of a new or young believer. Even so, the "father" continues to be discipled, and to disciple his/her own spiritual children
