Newsflash
Looking for missionrussia.co.za? Don't worry - missionrussia.info is exactly the same site. Unfortunately, due to some software limitations, we have to restrict the Information Platform to one main domain. The missionrussia.co.za domain continues to exist, and all the .co.za e-mail addresses continue to operate, but co.za will in future automatically redirect to .info. Thanks for understanding!

Dear Friends

In the last 24 hours, two incidents related to nuclear safety have been
reported in Russia:

1. On Thursday night there was an explosion at one of St. Petersburg's nuclear power stations
Three men have received 95% burning wounds, two are in critical
condition.

According to officials, radiation levels are still within acceptable
norms.

2. In Grozny - capital of Chechnya.

In an official press release by the Russian government, authorities say between 27 and 29 radioactive elements are out of control in a chemical
factory in Grozny.  The situation is termed as 'catastrophical'.

Currently the radiation level inside one part of the factory is 58 000
times the normal level.

  • When people THINK differently, they will ACT differently.
  • Only the gospel of Jesus Christ has the power to transform people's hearts, thought patterns and the eternal outcome of their lives.
  • Transformation in Russia will only come through a strong, united church.
Let us help build this church with all our hearts!
